I prefer to only post positive reviews as there is enough negativity in this world today. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease with which I made an appt with Briggs to repair my freezer drawer on my Whirlpool appliance. David was the technician that took my request and repaired my freezer. He was very professional and willing to listen to my instructions since I was not able to be at my home at the time of the repair. He must have taken notes and then came during the time that he said he would be there for the repair. It was a reasonable cost and I was impressed with his response time and the ease of communication by phone. I would absolutely refer David with Briggs to anyone looking to repair an appliance in the Rivah region. He was prompt, courteous and very professional! I will definitely call him again !

Mr Briggs is very professional, He has repaired a washer, a dryer, a dishwasher and tonight a refrigerator. In and out in under 25 minutes. Fast / Reliable from a father/son outfit. Call em for fast repair!

Most repairs range between $200 - $300. If the repair is going to exceed $300, we give you an estimate. If the repair estimate is declined, there is a service fee of $125.

3rd generation business. I started with the purchase of Neese Appliance in 1956.
