I contacted Briggs Appliance when our refrigerator started having issues- they scheduled an appointment right away, communicated well, pre-ordered the parts for us , and performed the repair in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again!

35 year old fridge still going strong it just needed a water-line to ice maker replaced. Tech was friendly and very professional. Fixed the problem very quickly and returned the fridge back into position before he left.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most repairs range between $200 - $300. If the repair is going to exceed $300, we give you an estimate. If the repair estimate is declined, there is a service fee of $125.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
HVAC refrigeration certified. Manufacturer's factory training.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
3rd generation business. I started with the purchase of Neese Appliance in 1956.
