- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give all of our customers a price for the total job upfront. If we are doing fixtures for you we can provide you a labor only quote if you prefer to purchase your own. If there is a hidden problem that needs repair, we immediately stop work and discuss any changes that need to be applied. It is rare this happens but on occasion there can be something unforeseen.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This will vary on a case by case basis. Normally we will make contact and try to get a close estimate of pricing over the phone or by text. Once we have a feel for what the customers needs are and we have given a price, we set up an appointment that works for everyone's schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 23 years of Plumbing experience and I am a Virginia Master Plumber through the Virginia DPOR. I started my career doing mostly new construction and for the last 13 years I have been proudly doing service repairs and remodels. We still do new work but our main focus is emergency and service plumbing.
