I am a 3rd generation plumber starting with my grandfather, then father, now myself, -I offer very affordable prices and honest work for my customers, however I don't and can't compete against so called handy man prices, so if you have received a handyman price, I am a true PLUMBING PROFESSIONAL, I don't try to scare customers into having repairs or replacements done. Rick called me right back from the inital contact on Thumtack and kept me uodated about his projected time of arrival. (which was the same day!!) When he arrived he assessed the situation and went to work!! Rick went above and beyound that what I expected. He was detailed, took the full picture into consideration and didn't try to scare me or upsell the job. The bathtub faucet fixtures were fixed and a new hot water shut off valuve was installed. Although it sounds straight forward - my facuets were locked in place due to corrosion and some other stuff. Rick took him time, used special tools and eventually got everything off without causing any damage. I can't stress enough how refreshing it is to get an honest contrator who knows his craft and isnt out to dig into your pockets. Hia rate was affordable, very resonible, and comes with a level of excellence that is rare. GREAT JOB!!!

Wow is all I can say! Redoing master bath and hired Ricky to move piping and water connections. Showed up assessed the situation and said no need to move them as you can use a 45 connector just like you would for a double sink in a kitchen. Hard to find honest people sometimes, but rest assured Ricky is! Thanks again Ricky! See you when it is time to set the sink! Andy

Was very helpful from the start. Scheduled a time to come out and was on time and very informative. He took his time to explain in detail the situation and showed my nothing but respect. Honesty goes a long way and Mr. Rick told me where our problem was and that it was a supple fix. Even walked me through On how to correct it. Definitely will have him do work in the future.
