Today, on Labor Day, Clay responded immediately when I posted my request, arrived a short time later. A pallet of 22 cartons of flooring had been dropped on my sidewalk. Aside from risk of rain, flooring needed to be acclimated for 48 hours in relevant rooms before installation. I had struggled to move two cartons, knew I needed help! Clay cheerfully moved all 20 cartons to locations specified — he even moved a bulky bit of furniture from upstairs to downstairs for me afterward. He definitely made my day!

I needed an engine block (that I definitely could not move by myself, let alone transport) left over from previous tenants removed and they were not only able to remove it promptly but they were also able to deliver it to a scrap yard that accepted this type of junk. This team was also very responsive and I appreciated their work! I will say that there was a $60 lead fee for my needed service (a charge that comes from thumbtack connecting the technicians with me) that Maintenance technicians of VA were kind enough to explain to me, so keep that in mind when calculating what you need done.
