I can’t say enough about Zamara. He replaced my uncle’s rotted deck. He was prompt, very professional, respectful, highly skilled, and he works so hard with only a lunch break and he was very reasonable. The exposed deck flooring required more work which he tackled immediately. He showed us the damage first so we understood the depth of what he needed to make the deck secure. I’d love to hire him at my home in Massachusetts. I highly recommend Zamara to anyone needing a contractor.

This was the first time a contractor truly respected my request to have no shoes on while inside. It sounds like a minor thing, but even just a little dirt from outside can trigger my daughter's asthma, and I usually end up completely shampooing the carpet after this request is only loosely respected. E.g., they will put booties on, but then wear the same pair both in and outside the house, or more than once will forget to take shoes off until they are standing on the new carpet. It might sound like I'm a little obsessive about it--and maybe I am--but it's rare to hire a contractor who consistently respects this kind of request.
