I found Target repair through thumback and they didnt disappoint. i took referneces from many people but many pros were asking for big diagnostic cost upfront. Targets' diagnostic cost was reasonable so I called them. they called immediately and gave the time for visit the same day. the technician came on time, provided his results in next 15minutes and gave a good price. upon requesting for discount, they accommodated my request. after the price was final he finished the job effectively and efficiently in next couple of minutes. and gave guarantee that if it broke again, he will fix it for free

Ron, the technician, was great. He very quickly diagnosed the problem with the washer not entering the spin cycle as a failure with the electrical locking sensor/mechanism on the top loading door that prevented the machine being able to spin and discharge water. Target Appliance Services sent a technician the mid-morning the next day after I requested service and Ron was prompt, friendly, and very nice. I highly recommend this business and this technician. Great experience!
