Where do I start? There are so many good things to say. I have sold five homes in my 60 plus years and this has been the best experience by far. Lets start with the money. Sabina and her team knew the market and where to price the home. I had an offer within five days for well over the asking price. The Team's knowledge of the market also saved me the money that I was going to put into upgrades. Sabina said that given the market upgrades were not necessary. I trusted her judgement and saved the money. The listing and the sale were painless. All I had to do was stay out of their way and watch. Sabina and her team took care of everything. If I decide to buy again, Harmony Homes by Sabina and Company is my go-to. You cannot do better.
