Alan and Silver KNOW roofs. More importantly, they KNOW water. Our problem was a very leaky roof.
Right away I knew they were different from the 3 roof people before (who never seemed to find a problem). They came inside and asked where it leaked, how it leaked, what leaked, how much it leaked, etc. Then one went on the roof and the other poured a bit of water in a few places. Sure enough, it leaked. So now they had a plan plus a few potential problems to fix as well.
They fixed. I have had no problem since.
I am still assured that they are the BEST because they follow up! They check to see if I am having any leaks, old or new. They have a full feedback loop on their work. This is rare!
I HIGHLY and without reservation recommend J Walkers LLC!
