- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is not complicated at all. We use an Up Front pricing system. All the work we do is priced upfront before any work is started. We utilize a pricing guide to price our work.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
panel (electrical box) up grades, automatic whole house generator systems, ceiling fans, GFCI receptacles, adding lighting, security motion lighting, surge protection, extra phone or cable lines, smoke detectors, removing aluminum wiring, installing flat screen TV, installing microwaves, hot tub hook ups, garage outlets, work area/shop outlets, well pump repairs, electric vehicle charging stations, exhaust fans, roof fans, washer/dryer hook ups, recessed lights, fuse box conversions, pool wiring, outdoor outlets, shower lighting and under counter lights,
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they are: 1) a member in good standing with the BBB 2) They have all there licensing 3) They have all there insurances 4) They do not charge by the hour ( the longer they take the more they make) 5) They do not give you an estimate ( make sure it is a written down guaranteed price that will not be changing if they forgot something or took longer than estimated) and 6) They conduct back ground and random drug testing of all their employees
