I would have chosen all 5 things of it would let me. My HVAC quit working right in the middle of a severe heat advisory. Garry answered and worked me into his day and after a few minutes of diagnostics replaced my thermostat and it has worked great! I also have him do the regular maintenance on my unit. He's polite, compassionate, knowledgable and he offers a fair price!
