As a small landlord, I seemingly always have a list of projects that need to be done. In an ideal world I'd have the time, tools and skills to do them all but life just doesn't work like that.
Wynn has become my go to guy for a broad variety of one-off jobs that most contractors consider too small, or too complicated, or both. He's handled things like digging out a septic tank, repairing a block retaining wall, repouring broken concrete steps, fixing a failing culvert and regrading to solve some drainage issues.
He is very professional and a breeze to communicate with (shockingly rare skill it seems) and I can always count on him to take his time and make sure the job is done right. He always does what he says he will do for the (reasonable) price he said he'd do it for. If you need small (or maybe even large) excavation/grading/concrete jobs done around your house, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
