Today Chase came for my 6 month maintenance visit. AirServ, what great techs you have! Chase is courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He did a good job and as is usual, showed me pictures of the work he had done. Thank you for the work ethic of your techs, I feel well served and confident, thank you, Chase.
Update: last week Adam came out for my second 6 months maintenance. As usual he was kind and courteous, he explained what he did why he was doing it and answered any of my questions. I love his professionalism and his knowledge and trustworthiness. Thank you, Aireserv, for this great employee!

Dylen Nem Zek from the Harrisonburg VA location came out to our home during the deep freeze a few weeks ago. The condenser was running non stop and should have switched to propane since the temperature dropped . Dylen was prompt, professional and diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it! (Thermostat was not set to switch heating source ) He also gave insight to the HVAC system. We recommend AireServe for your Heating & Air Conditioning services.

Chase came by for a maintenance visit, but he found a few issues that he could help resolve the same day!
