Stef Carr Photography

I am Stef Carr. I like vanilla chai lattes and when it's warm enough to go barefoot. I see things as beautiful & believe every breath is a gift. I discovered my love for photography in a darkroom in 8th grade. Photography gives me the incredible opportunity to hold a camera up to my face and show people the way in which I see the world. I have become convinced of the importance of an individual's story as well as their progression within a larger and more beautiful narrative. My work is predicated upon the knowledge that, in this finite human experience, we are often helpless but never hopeless. My imagery, while not ignorant of the world's brokenness, focuses on the ways in which it is being redeemed. My background and education in fine art photography allows me to make distinctive and irreplaceable photographs. I can't wait to meet you and help tell your story.
