- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Lawn maintenance prices are based on the needs of your lawn (mowing, weed control, etc.) Our labor rate for jobs outside of regular maintenance is normally $40 per man hour. We do offer a discounted labor rate for seniors, military, veterans, and first responders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to walk the property with the customer to truly understand their needs. Then, we put together a customized plan ensuring the satisfaction of the customer, a healthy lawn, and/or a beautiful landscape.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 25 years of on the experience. We also continuously attend workshops and classes to keep up with the latest concepts and technology. We continue our education in order to keep our customers educated as well.
