- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
our pricing system is based on "saftey and efficiency agreements" if a client has one then they get priority emergency service, 2-3 maintenace visits per year, preffered pricing and peace of mind. If the client is c.o.d then they get a flat rate price for 1st task and an additional flat rate price which is discounted if they require more than one task.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On service: 1st time I explain we're flat rate priced. The diagnostic fee is 49$-109$ (Depends on zip code). Once we find the problem, we'll explain what problem is and what their options will be. The how much the repair is, and if they go with the repair the diagnostic fee is waived for the first time. If they don't go with the repair it will just be the diagnostic fee.

I have an associate in HVACR technology and have been in the trade for over 20 years.
