- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was 19 my uncle a Christian business owner always told me about this trade. And I started in it while working with him on the side selling and fixing used appliances and going to night school for trade program. Working 7 days a week for 3 yrs. Learning Christian work ethic and integrity. I started doing this work and found I was good in it and loved it. Wanted to build a company that would reflect integrity, transparency and education that would truly help customers and not just pressure people into expensive situations due to lack of knowledge. And to grow this to sustain me and my family full time.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If a contractor is more interested in selling you something and pressuring a high cost repair/upgrade/or replacement instead of wanting to educate and explain this is a big red flag. Integrity/transparency/honesty/education are the foundation of a trustworthy partner to a homeowner/business owner that needs help. Find a contractor that wants to educate you and help you rather than sell you.
