Rafael is an experienced engineer who is super easy to work with. He has great ideas and insight to our jobs and always has creative ideas when problems arise. He is very professional and always meets deadlines. Rafael understands code compliance in our area and is prompt to communicate via email or text. I have worked on 3 commercial projects with Rafael and hope to do many more with him.
VECO Engineers LLC's reply

I had the most pleasant, professional and personal experience working directly with Rafael. Even when his portion of the work was complete he would check in to see how my project was moving along, at times offering sincere words of encouragement. It can be difficult to find people who really care and as a new small business owner, those extra steps meant a great deal! Thanks so much!
VECO Engineers LLC's reply
Dear Fiona, I truly appreciate your genuine review, as a small business owner, I value working closely with my clients. It was a pleasure working with you! I'm very glad your project was a success. Thanks again!
FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a very competitive price to match our quality and detailed oriented designs. There are cheaper designers and non professionals deliverying for less, but we end up having to step into the project to fix and in most cases redesign the project so it meet local codes and for constructability purposes. We know what we are doing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will contact you to gather more information about your project and expla in n what we can do to help. In most cases you will also need an architect on the project and structural engineers to be involved. Dependong on the scope, a civil engineer also needs to be included on the design team. We can help with guidance to have the design stage performed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff are licensed professional engineers, certified plumbing designers and engineers whith more than 50 years of combined experience. Our brilliant staff has engineered projects from a house partial renovation to a full building complex.
