- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a very competitive price to match our quality and detailed oriented designs. There are cheaper designers and non professionals deliverying for less, but we end up having to step into the project to fix and in most cases redesign the project so it meet local codes and for constructability purposes. We know what we are doing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will contact you to gather more information about your project and expla in n what we can do to help. In most cases you will also need an architect on the project and structural engineers to be involved. Dependong on the scope, a civil engineer also needs to be included on the design team. We can help with guidance to have the design stage performed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff are licensed professional engineers, certified plumbing designers and engineers whith more than 50 years of combined experience. Our brilliant staff has engineered projects from a house partial renovation to a full building complex.
