Victor has been extremely helpful in treating our mouse problem. He's very responsive and usually comes the same day if we find any activity. He is very thorough and explains exactly what may be going on. We initially used Victor for a couple months last fall and we loved the fact that he doesn't hold you to a recurring contract like other major companies. You can see how much effort he puts into his business and we have been satisfied by his work!

We were very appreciative of the prompt response we received from Victor. He was at our house within an hour of our call. He was able to remove the squirrel from inside our wall and sanitize the area. Victor was personable, extremely knowledgeable, and professional with regard to our problem.
