We were very appreciative of the prompt response we received from Victor. He was at our house within an hour of our call. He was able to remove the squirrel from inside our wall and sanitize the area. Victor was personable, extremely knowledgeable, and professional with regard to our problem. We would definitely call Victor again with any pest problem. We could not be more thrilled with his work.

Victor was extremely knowledgeable and after a few minutes in my attic where I was having mouse issues, he was able to find and point out common spots they were traveling which lead to a small opening in the attic. While inspecting through my house he was professional and courteous, making sure there was no mess he was leaving behind. I’d recommend Victor to anyone look for pest control help!

We recently moved into a new build and soon realized we had a mouse and we are so happy we went with MVPest. They were very thorough, found the entry points and sealed everything. We was able to catch the mouse the morning before our appointment but so far, we haven't seen anymore or any droppings. I would definitely recommend using MVPest!

Excellent pest control services!!! Victor was on time, communicative, explained everything he was going to do AND doing, showed me all the problem areas and how these will be resolved and took his time, this was no rushed blah job, it was first class! Plus this company has a lot of integrity, they had originally quoted me a cost for the service I requested, but when they were onsite and actually got the job done, they were honest about the cost and it was significantly lower than originally quoted. Does anyone do that anymore? I’m all about supporting local/small businesses, and I will absolutely never use those big pest control companies again now that I’ve received this level of customer service! I will definitely be recommending them to my family & friends!!

I appreciate the professionalism in communications via thumbtack and at estimate, day of work, and completing work. Did have 3 estimates done. Provided actual solutions to resolving the mouse issue getting into my place. Add foam into various place where mice are likely to enter. Checking utility closet for my ac unit was a good consideration for mouse entry access point. Added mesh wire in kitchen cabinets nearest to floor.
