FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The top complaints I hear from customers who hired the wrong junk hauler usually fall into three categories: 1. Pricing Surprises A lot of companies give a vague quote over the phone, then raise the price when they show up. To avoid this, look for a provider who gives clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees and is willing to explain exactly how their pricing works. 2. No-Shows and Poor Communication Many customers complain that the crew arrived late, never updated them, or didn’t show up at all. Ultimately you want someone who confirms your appointment, gives an ETA, and communicates clearly throughout the process, especially when the appointment is scheduled later in the day. things like Traffic, landfill lines, and jobs running longer than expected can easily push back appointment times so communication is very important. 3. Messy or Careless Work Another common issue is haulers who rush, damage walls or floors, or leave debris behind. Always choose a company that uses proper equipment, handles items carefully, and cleans up fully before leaving.
