Though we are only through the midway point of this project and working with Tony, we have found him to be an absolute joy to work with. He has been forthright about costs and keeps the subs focused and respectful of our home. This hasn’t been an easy process as we have discovered a few existing issues with the house that could have easily derailed a less professional contractor.. but not Tony, he always has a smile on his face and solutions that keeps our end goal in sight and our budget in mind. Zeinoun Renovation came recommended to us by a dear friend, who had a lot of renovation work done over time by the company. We asked the owner/proprietor - Tony - to renovate nearly the entire house - kitchen and five bathrooms. Tony started by proposing various design options, quality/various grades of material, and cost models accordingly. Based on his professional recommendation, we opted for (and within our budget/his vendor choice) the best material/cabinetry/tiling, etc. for our extensive renovation project. Even through the height of pandemic months, with shortages on labor and supply-chain issues, Tony was able to complete the job within time and budget - all the while adhering to the requisite protocol/needed precaution for Covid. Everything came out exceptionally beautiful.
Please note that the "Value" cited in this review is what Tony brings as a combination of quality, timeliness, innovative material selection, fair price, and continuous communication throughout the project until completion - not an easy feat, especially given the economic realities/inflationary pressures as of late. Based on our outreach to Tony's previous clients, he won't, nor ever has, taken a job simply to low-bid/low-ball another contractor - especially in competition with those contractors who don't have a comparable portfolio of unique renovation projects under their belt or a 'Class-A' builder status. We really appreciated Tony's integrity and business ethics, super pleased with the quality of work and professionalism, and highly recommend Zeinoun Renovation LLC for complex renovation projects where only a Class-A builder will suffice.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My proposals are all itemized with all values given to each, labor and materials. Any discount will show at the bottom of the sheet.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first initial visit is to discuss the project, also get all the information from the homeowners, then I go do my homework and present the homeowner with a package under a proposal. Once agreed to; a signed contract agreement and a deposit will become imminent.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started learning this business when I worked for a builder in 1984 for a few years, than moved on to a wood shop and learned all about cabinets and millwork. Right after that, I started to sub contract work from builders providing cabinets and installation, also granite and fixtures...to the present with a Class A License from the state of VA for a Home Improvement Company. A 5 stars company as of now.
