My process for working with a new athlete is structured, individualized, and performance-driven: Initial Assessment – I evaluate speed mechanics, movement efficiency, strength, and agility to identify key areas for improvement. Goal Setting – We establish clear performance goals based on the athlete’s sport, position, and needs. Custom Training Plan – I design a sport-specific program focused on speed, acceleration, agility, and strength.
