- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a rate for our labor and cost of materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1)We get to know the customer and find out what their needs are and how we can be of service. 2) Inspect repairs with customer and thoroughly discuss with customer on site what's needed 3) Write a detailed estimate and scope of work for customer 4) If customer agrees on price, we begin the work within a quick time frame.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
41 years of working for a Plumber's Local Union in DC. I went through the apprenticeship program and passed with a degree in plumbing. I've built my own log cabin/house.
