- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies based on material type and construction. We provide a multitude of options that help fit any budget and every job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers can either fill out a contact form on our website, call us, or visit one of the many online contracting services. After initial contact we will set the preferred appointment time for our customer and then come out to repair a door. If a customer is looking for a new door or opener, we'll make a trip out to them for an estimate. We also offer virtual estimates via phone or email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With 10 years of on site experience, we have seen and installed enough to provide our customers with a custom tailored experience based around their specific needs.
