Fusion HVAC was a company I found on Thumbtack to repair my LG double oven. I made the initial appointment online. I received several reminders via text with the repairman’s name, date and time of the appointment. The repairman arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and returned within a week with the needed part and fixed the oven. . He was professional and friendly. It was a very smooth process. I gladly gave this company 5*. I plan to use them again for appliance repairs and HVAC repairs if needed!

The heater element in my oven burnt out, and it caused a small fire inside my oven. I contacted Fusion HVAC for diagnosis and repair. The tech, Vitalli, arrived at my home on time. When I opened the front door, to my surprise, he greeted me personally by my name. I appreciated that personal touch. Vitalli accurately diagnosed the problem as the heating element and informed me that the part would need to be ordered. Two days later, the part was in and Vitalli returned to install the new heating element in less than 30 minutes. He also gave me a helpful tip on how to preserve the heating element in my Maytag range going forward. I am very pleased with the service I received. I would use this company again.
