I had a confirmed appointment with this service and arranged for my tenant to take the day off to allow access. Unfortunately, the technician was a no-show and failed to communicate at all. After three days, I reached out to see if the project had been completed, only to be informed that they hadn't shown up and could reschedule. Given this lack of professionalism, I declined their offer and would not consider hiring anyone who operates a business in such an unreliable manner.
