Eddie was professional and thorough. He cleaned our dryer vent, repaired the crimped dryer duct, and left everything back in its place with no mess.

Eddie came out at scheduled time and the microwave needs a replacement part that has to be ordered. He sent me the invoice for the repair and will reschedule when part is in.

My experience with Eddy was nothing short of professional and amazing . He arrived on time and communicated with me every step of the way. There was no hidden fees, pricing was provided prior to work being completed. The best part was I received a text prior to eddy’s arrival and upon completion. Eddy also pointed out some concerns he noticed regarding us having to many electrical items plugged into one outlet and advised us not to block the venting areas on our two freezers. The above were things he did not have to mention to us, however we appreciate his advice and recommendations. We will continue using SNAPFIXREPAIR, LLC for ALL OF OUR FUTURE NEEDS.
