- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a free, no obligation, initial consultation. Once we fully understand your specific design goals, we will prepare a detailed, straightforward, fixed fee agreement for your review and approval.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe that the customer is the most valuable part of the design team. We start by meeting with the customer at no charge for a relaxed discussion about their design goals for the project. We offer the benefits of our experience but our most important job during this initial meeting is to listen. Only then can we begin to bring together all aspects of design to achieve the best possible solution.
