Steve was so helpful. He came out on the same day for an inspection. I had been sure I had bedbugs after getting what I thought were bites following a hotel stay. But his thorough assessment that didnt find any evidence of bedbugs bugs led to me exploring other causes and getting into my doctor for a diagnosis. Thanks Steve for your honesty and help so I was able to be diagnosed sooner without wasting money on a home treatment I didnt need.

Steve responded promptly for an inspection and all was well! He was very thorough and helped us check off all the what-if boxes. Steve was the BEST! I called early in the morning and he asked questions about the situation. He said he would be by later that morning. His communication was spectacular! He came looked through luggage I used for travel and did a thorough inspection. Walked me through what to look and gave me instructions to follow. He said I could call him any time.
