We also give a 2 year warranty on all roof cleaning
& we offer a $75 yearly maintenance on all roof warranty if you do it once a year

We make sure we do every job 100% .... If you are not 100% happy in what kind of Service we provide to you, we will not ask for a payment ... I started power washing 16 years ago & I enjoy & love the kinda of work we do. Power washing isn't the only service I provide. If we can't do it we will not Touch it .... In working with James, I found him to be extremely conscientious. and someone who took pride in his work and reputation. In providing me an estimate, he noted issues with my roof and recommended that I get it repaired BEFORE he cleaned the roof. I cannot say enough about his efforts to ensure that his work was expertly done and I was pleased with the product. Just talking with him, I could easily detect that he was someone with integrity, that took great pride in his work. There was no doubt that he wanted to ensure that he left a satisfied customer.
