I'm in Texas my daughter in Richmond. 2nd winter in her new home that it just won't keep up with cold snaps. A family member did some things last year that he found wrong with installation and it did help. This year more problems. Since my family member RUNS a HVAC commercial only company I decided to get someone who still does calls to really try & inspect this unit to make sure this doesn't keep happening. Well they found wires installed wrong. I would advise ANYONE purchasing a "flipper" home to have these guys come out & do the same for them BEFORE you have problems. Great experience. Will definitely hire again but hope I don't need to😬
