Great experience from start to finish. They responded to my inquiry almost immediately, came out to diagnose the issue quickly, and walked me through all of my options from targeted repairs to a full system replacement. I really appreciated how professional, transparent, and low-pressure they were throughout the entire process. We ended up moving forward with a full HVAC system replacement (including a new 2-ton Grandaire system with indoor and outdoor units, thermostat, coil, and safety components). They completed the job efficiently with zero inconvenience to us. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone needing honest and reliable HVAC service.

Hurt heating was very great to work with.They came over and replaced my existing thermostats with smart ones I bought. I would highly recommend them they know what they are doing and quick in and out. I would definitely hire them again

The pros at Hurt Heating. Came out quickly, on time, and diagnosed my Lennox Furnace in no time. They were personable and diagnosed that my induction fan had seen better days and it was time to replace it. It made the worst noise right before it came on and this was the issue I needed addressing. 24 hours later they returned, replaced the fan, and it’s been purring like a kitten. On top of all that, their prices are reasonable and I will have already gotten back on their schedule for another visit for another unrelated issue with same furnace. I highly recommend them. Good guys, good service and I think what I noticed the most was the quiet confidence he knew what he was talking about. Highly recommend this company and will be adding them to my ‘contractor team’ on Thumbtack.
