- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our goal is to offer the best value of any licensed and insured handyman service and our current rates can be found on our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For small jobs, give the customer an idea of the cost via the phone and schedule the job. For medium jobs, we may ask for photos and write a formal estimate and email to the customer. For larger jobs, we will meet the customer to review the needs of their projects. If time allows, we strive to deliver an estimate while we are on site. If not, we will email an estimate to the customer for review.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is a bit different than most handymen. I have 19 years of customer service in the insurance industry. My business model is simple...put the customer first and everything else falls into place.
