Flexible Billing: Each customer has different needs for each project so I offer two billing methods. I can give a free job quote or bill hourly. Referral Program: Refer a new customer who completes a project and you'll receive $20 credit towards labor on your next project. References: When considering a "handyman" for a complex project, I strongly suggest checking references for the work they will be doing for you. I can provide references for a variety of projects I have worked on. We love what we do! I've been involved in home improvement for over 15 years through the investment properties my wife and I purchased. In 2013, I launched a handyman business and have since helped over 700 customers with over 4000 individual projects. Our goal is to find a reliable cost effective repair when possible. Our goal is to offer the best value of any licensed and insured handyman service and our current rates can be found on our website.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For small jobs, give the customer an idea of the cost via the phone and schedule the job. For medium jobs, we may ask for photos and write a formal estimate and email to the customer. For larger jobs, we will meet the customer to review the needs of their projects. If time allows, we strive to deliver an estimate while we are on site. If not, we will email an estimate to the customer for review.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is a bit different than most handymen. I have 19 years of customer service in the insurance industry. My business model is simple...put the customer first and everything else falls into place.
