MISSION STATEMENT Build long term relationships with home and business owners by providing high value solutions for their improvement and maintenance projects. To accomplish this, my business model is built on the following pillars: Satisfaction Guarantee: If you notice any workmanship you are not completely satisfied with after project completion, call me and I will correct the matter free of charge. Flexible Billing: Each customer has different needs for each project so I offer two billing methods. I can give a free job quote or bill hourly. Referral Program: Refer a new customer who completes a project and you'll receive $20 credit towards labor on your next project. References: When considering a "handyman" for a complex project, I strongly suggest checking references for the work they will be doing for you. I can provide references for a variety of projects I have worked on. We love what we do! I've been involved in home improvement for over 15 years through the investment properties my wife and I purchased. In 2013, I launched a handyman business and have since helped over 700 customers with over 4000 individual projects. Our goal is to find a reliable cost effective repair when possible. Absolutely amazing experience. It's hard to put into one short review how incredible Jason and his team are. Both he and Oliver went above and beyond to help me surprise my wife on her birthday with a bathroom remodel. Who would have though you could strip wallpaper, prep drywall, prime, paint, install plumbing, put in fixtures and help with everything else that goes into a bathroom remodel in one day? Well these guys made it happen and had smiles on their faces the whole time. You can really tell they love what they do and man do they do it well. Jason was extremely responsive throughout the process, and offered me his advice on so many things, even offered all of his tools I needed for things like sanding the cabinets and hanging mirrors and fixtures. If you are looking for any sort of handymen around the house or local business DO NOT HESITATE to contact Jason, this guy knows his stuff and is very good at what he does. I can't say enough how happy I was working with HHH. Thanks again Jason!

hired Jason to clean and do some regrouting in my shower. He came by, gave me an estamate, and his tile man Matt started that afternoon. Finished in 5 hours. Matt worked the whole time and did a good job. Cost was fair. I would hire again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our goal is to offer the best value of any licensed and insured handyman service and our current rates can be found on our website.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For small jobs, give the customer an idea of the cost via the phone and schedule the job. For medium jobs, we may ask for photos and write a formal estimate and email to the customer. For larger jobs, we will meet the customer to review the needs of their projects. If time allows, we strive to deliver an estimate while we are on site. If not, we will email an estimate to the customer for review.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is a bit different than most handymen. I have 19 years of customer service in the insurance industry. My business model is simple...put the customer first and everything else falls into place.
