- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will deliver a finished product that rivals that of larger companies for considerably less due to low overhead and handling most items In-House. Transparent pricing and never any unpleasant surprises regarding hidden fees or additional cost. Once an estimate/proposal is sent we will honor that price. Any addendums/change-orders will be discussed and approved in writing to ensure the client and i are always on the same page. We can also explore a variety of pricing and payment options to suit all clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first step is, almost always, to discuss project over the phone. At this point we can get a general idea of pricing, schedule and motivation. If the client and i seem to be a good fit then I'll schedule a site visit to confirm game-plan, pricing, potential challenges and finish choices.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the construction industry for 8 years. I began as a general laborer and moved into skilled trades and Project Management. I've been a part of large multi-year, multi-family projects in addition to small and large residential projects.
