- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because no two dogs are alike, pricing will vary job to job. Video consults are $100 for the first session, $50 for video follow ups. Board and Train generally starts at $900/wk for puppies and $1000-$1200 for adult dogs and behavioral cases.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For an adult dog with behavioral issues, I typically start with an in-home consult followed by bimonthly follow up lessons, or a board and train program with monthly follow up lessons. The same process applies to puppies getting started with training. Adults and puppies with one specific training goal (leash pulling, trick training, etc) start with a consultation and move to follow up lessons - typically no more than 3-4 lessons are needed. **All training goals are expedited by a board & train program - ask for pricing!**
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been involved in dog training for over 10 years. I have also worked at an animal hospital and in the pet food industry. I have been actively competing in dog sports since 2009, and hold titles with multiple dogs in different sports venues.
