If I could give a rating higher than a five I would. We recently bought a house that was built in 1963 and no renovations had been done to the bathroom since that time. It lacked an exhaust fan and an electrical outlet. Prior to him coming to do the job, he asked me to send pictures. When he came to start the project, he had a plan but he also gave options that could be implemented. Any questions I had were answered and I felt like my opinion was valued. He gave me the quote and he stuck to that price once the job was completed. After 4 hours through all the plaster dust, we now have bathroom that you can plug in electrical appliances, an exhaust fan that has decreased the dampness and steam when taking shower and has improved the air quality. I am beyond pleased with his work. As a result he is now coming back to do other projects in the bathroom that will bring it from 1963 to 2024. The ultimate complement was given by my husband, who will find a flaw in anyones work said” I like it, and he did a really good job “!

I had recessed lights installed in my kitchen with a dimmer and 2 other lights installed as well. Job well done! There was a small hiccup, but it was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. Will use this service again in the future.
