- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I require a two-week deposit before the actual date of event. On the day of or before is when I shall receive the full payment for total of hours booked. Half of the total of hours booked will determine your deposit which half of that once sent is non-refundable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making sure that my new customer feels safe and comfortable with me and our surroundings. This way we will be able to get the best work out of the time booked.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have always had an eye for photography however my passion for it started in high school. My 10th grade year I enrolled in a photography class where we learned how to develop film and also edit in Photoshop. It was here where I realized this is something I love and enjoy doing!
