Response was immediate. They called ahead of arrival and arrived on time. Plumber diagnosed the problem quickly; issue was not plumbing but electrical. He double checked it and let me know what needed to be done. Was very pleased with his services.

Nino was fabulous - he worked quickly and efficiently and left our house spotless at the end of the job. He also guided us on next steps regarding plumbing/gas/irrigation for our new home. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a $79.00 diagnostic fee. We do not charge per hour. If you are more than 30 miles from our location, then we charge a diagnostic fee of $99.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always be on time, clean up after your work, be friendly and knowledgeable when answering questions. If you do hire us, please keep in mind we do not quote any jobs over the phone. We like to quote on site, the reason being is because if something else needs done, we need to be sure we are not misquoting any jobs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
