I got my waterheater replaced with them. Within 20 minutes of submitting the request for a quote I got a call from Maria. She walked me through finding the information pannel and was able to give me a quote. I booked them and they showed up on time. Great communication about arrival time and what to expect. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a $79.00 diagnostic fee. We do not charge per hour. If you are more than 30 miles from our location, then we charge a diagnostic fee of $99.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always be on time, clean up after your work, be friendly and knowledgeable when answering questions. If you do hire us, please keep in mind we do not quote any jobs over the phone. We like to quote on site, the reason being is because if something else needs done, we need to be sure we are not misquoting any jobs.
