It was a simple thing. Unable to remove a toilet seat where the bolt was rusted and immovable. I'd been wrestling with it for days, used half a can of WD40 and watched several scary YouTube videos (think blowtorches, saws, wishing for a 'stronger hammer'..... Within a few minutes of posting my problem on Thumbtack today, I had a phone call and a plumber scheduled for this afternoon. Job was completed in a few minutes. Nice folks . Will be happy to use them again.

They responded to my request right away. I had to change the appointment I made with them due to family issues. They worked with me on that easily. My leak was found and fixed. Also gave me good ideas about some updating. I would definitely rehire.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a $79.00 diagnostic fee. We do not charge per hour. If you are more than 30 miles from our location, then we charge a diagnostic fee of $99.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always be on time, clean up after your work, be friendly and knowledgeable when answering questions. If you do hire us, please keep in mind we do not quote any jobs over the phone. We like to quote on site, the reason being is because if something else needs done, we need to be sure we are not misquoting any jobs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
