I'm a recent VCU grad looking to get into law enforcement. I've been working in construction for my father since middle school so I'm very knowledgeable, dedicated, and professional. That being said no job is too big or two small because I can get as much help as needed or provide a high quality job myself. I enjoy working with my and and meeting new people. Everyday I get up and experience something new even if I'm doing the same things and it's amazing.

I assumed that a few boards of my fence would need to be replaced, but Preston was able to screw them in place instead of having to get new ones installed. He also gave me an estimate on a new fence, and took a look at an unrelated issue with my tool shed amd gave me am estimate on that. I look forward to hiring him for projects in the future.

Preston put up a whole lot of fence for me. My wife and I are so pleased with his work. Preston was meticulous with his installation, no corners cut. Beyond his excellent craftsmanship, this young man is a gentleman, respectful, courteous, prompt, and his pricing is very competitive.

I rent my house out in Richmond and I live in MD. I was looking online to find someone to fix my porch very reluctantly. He was the first one to response to my request. He went out there to look at the project and received good comments from my tenant. We text and talked on the phone to see what will be the best option, so we went with demo the porch and put up composite. He said it will take 4 days and he made sure he stayed in that time frame and sent over pictures. If I had concerns he did fix it or explain to me the reason. Overall we are pleased with the results. Thank you.

I first try to calculate the material cost and then charge labor for how long it will take me to complete the project. With add-ons for transporting material, procuring tools, or additional laborers needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to learn what is important to a client. For example are the details more important or is it the price. Then I like to offer my experience because if I'm on a job it's not about getting the money and getting away it's about making sure the client is happy and has a good experience.

6 Years and a residential construction foreman and 7 years previous a a laborer.
