As per your proposal, areas are either pressure washed or hand washed to remove dirt and mildew.
Surface Prep
Based on your proposal, all loose paint is scraped and all glossy areas are scuff sanded. All gaps are caulked to prevent water intrusion.
Paint Application
Repaired areas are primed and premium quality paint is applied to a uniform finish using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
Job Clean Up
Clean up is done daily, as well as at the completion of our work. Paint chips are removed to the best of our ability and all our materials are packed up and stored neatly.

How often you clean and reseal will largely depend on the conditions the concrete is exposed to, especially weather extremes, sunlight intensity and the amount of foot or vehicle traffic.
Capital City Powerwashing will Apply a transparent concrete sealer to your exposed aggregate surface to improve both its performance and appearance by helping to protect against spalling, dusting, efflorescence, freeze-thaw damage, stains, deicing salts and abrasion. The sealer will also enhance the color of the aggregate, accentuating its depth and richness.
Adding to the value of decorative stamped concrete is the material's inherent strength and endurance. Like conventional concrete, stamped concrete will provide decades of service when properly installed and maintained, even when exposed to harsh winter weather conditions.
In some cases, stamped concrete can be even more durable than standard concrete, especially if a color hardener has been applied to the surface. The hardener does more than simply impart color. It also makes the surface stronger and more resistant to abrasion and water penetration.
