Alex was fantastic! After Googling all the suggested pros’ reviews, Alex was local and had the highest ratings. I’m so happy we chose Alex. He was communicative, punctual, accommodating, knowledgeable and efficient, among other positive qualities. Originally, he came to hang a mirror. (I’d been on the phone all morning trying to get a plumber to come fix a leaking toilet.) Before he left, he offered to take a look at the toilet. He immediately diagnosed the issue — the toilet wasn’t sealed properly! (The joys of owning an historic home.) He then drove to the hardware store for the materials to fix the toilet (the day before a blizzard), returned having successfully found what he needed, and fixed the toilet with a quickness! He even cleaned up the bathroom floor once he finished! Oh, and the mirror looks flippin’ fabulous on the wall. Very secure and sturdy. Alex gave outstanding service and we couldn’t be more pleased with his work. Solidly, indubitably 5 stars! Thank you Alex!

Alex was great and installed our storm door. He had to work with a crooked 85 year old door frame and did as much as he could to make the door hang as best as it could!
