Maurice was very responsive during a time where it was hard to get anyone on the phone. Coldest night of the year and it was Christmas Eve. He came out and told me what the issue was with our furnace. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to resolve the issue until after Christmas which is understandable since all stores were closed but came back on the 26th and resolve it. Very appreciative I was able to get in touch with Maurice in my time of need and he was able to provide a solution to our furnace problem.

Most pricing is base on the job and customer. I do hourly work as well as a flat rate work. Again it's all base on job and customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Try to ensure the customer gets great service and a reasonable price on all jobs and services. And always open for negotiations on job or price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 4 years of training in Oakland California trade school and many of years with hands on training.
