James was the first respond to my estimate request. He came out right away & listened to everything I said I needed and wanted. He took the time to look over the project, showed me some other concerns that I should consider fixing, and offered professional advice on what was important and what wasn’t going to matter. I asked questions that needed him to spend a little bit of time evaluating the conditions of my property before he could answer fully. He didn’t seem rushed and spent time using his tools to uncover existing structure to see beneath and give valuable advice. He gave a fair estimate. He scheduled me within the week, which was great! No long wait time for the repairs to start. He finished the job in a decent amount of time and it looks great. I’ve referred him to friends and neighbors.
