Carlos and his excellent team installed engineered hardwoods in our new home. I can’t rave enough about our experience. He was super responsive and we were able to get an estimate very quickly. His estimate process was the easiest and quickest of every company we tapped. We pulled up some carpet in our 50 year old house, we knew there was hardwood underneath. The carpet we removed was from the entrance , hallway and master bedroom and 5 closets. At some time in the house's history a previous owner had driven nails all over the hallway, presumably to stop squeaking. The wood in the hallway had to be replaced as well as about a quarter of the bedroom. The whole project was about 500 square feet. Carlos and his crew removed the damaged floor installed the new hardwood, sanded and applied a coat of "poly" in one long day. They came back the next day and installed shoe moulding, transitions and applied another coat of poly. On the day Carlos came for the estimate he took a sliver of wood from one of the damaged areas in order to match it. The 50 year old wood and the new wood match exactly. Carlos and his crew were outstanding in every way. our floor looks great and we can't wait to get the rest of the carpet out of the house.

We had the tiles in our kitchen removed and replaced with hardwood floors. The work was completed in one day, as promised. We had 3 estimates and Saga beat everyone by a considerable amount. They were easy to work with and even went above and beyond with a last minute request. I would definitely use this group again, if I needed hardwoods installed.
