- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Headshots are quoted based on the final number of images you want edited. I can offer hair and makeup services, but these are billed as an extra and by the hour. Events are quoted by the hour with a 4 hour minimum. Portraits are quoted based on where, how long and number of people.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing I like to do is exchange email and phone numbers so we can discuss the project in depth. The better I understand what you're looking for the easier it is for me to provide it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied General/Commercial Photography from 1981-1983. I continue with several online courses mostly for lighting, studio work, and headshots. I'm also very active with several local photography groups and participate in monthly workshops.
