I had the most positive experience from this company. I searched for a company to help redecorate our family room. We wanted to bring nature inside the home to inspire expressions connecting us with the world before the isolation.; creating more feelings of relaxation. I chose River City Staging after placing several inquiries and calls to interior decorators. Once the details were laid out, each step was organized in a timely manner with all the right professionals matched . Each professional that arrived placed safety and protection into action by protecting our family, home and merchandise ;which was carefully inspected for damage. Each member of the team who performed a task had the right attitude and worked in a safe manner. I would have have put on an extra half star, if it were possible.
Sharyn has made good use of rental furniture in my stageing. Making use of a rental house gives more flexibility and choices than having personal inventory. Staging & More came in, looked st my house, took pictures and worked with a rental house to put a uniformity of furniture into my house. Not all houses maintain uniformity in furniture, so this was a very good choice.
Additionally Sharyn added spots of color to take the eye around the house and she added touches such as rugs and vases.
Some things needed changing, and the rental house needed to replace an item, or two. But, overall, I am satisfied with the work done.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have standard pricing because every project is different but I am willing to work with the clients budget
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally do an onsite visit at the clients home to have pictures taken and see what recommendation I would make to stage the home for sale the fee would be due at that time I would then complete a plan of furniture and accessories rental and purchase and provide it to the client I also put the client in contact with the rental company to complete any needed paperwork On the day of installment i will be there to supervise and complete the project and return to destage the property omce a contract has been accepted a 50 percent deposit is due when we are hired with the balance due at the end of the staging installation
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified as a stager by the Association of Staging Professionals and the International Assoc of Home Staging Professionals as well as a member of the Real Estate Staging Association and the International Association of Women. We are all also BBB accredited
