- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cleaning services start at a $160 minimum. Square-footage pricing is based on average condition, and used for accuracy and fairness. Final pricing may be adjusted after seeing the home to account for buildup (pets, children, etc) or conditions outside the average. Add-ons such as interior appliance cleaning, toy sanitization, and carpet extraction are available at a set rate. A deep clean is suggested before recurring service begins, and skipped deep cleans may incur an initial-clean cost to account for the extra time required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins by confirming the type of cleaning needed. A walkthrough is required for any recurring service to lock in accurate pricing. For one-time, deep, turnover, or move-in/move-out cleanings, final pricing is confirmed on the day of service after the home is seen. Supplies and equipment are provided, and communication stays clear from start to finish.
