Responded quickly as I needed this job done quickly. Paint was peeling on the trims of my house. First Mr. Silva power washed the house and then stripped and repainted the trim. Wonderful job, just in time for spring.

His painting is good. Drywalling decent. However, he does not clean up after himself. We had to buy a shop vac and scraper to clean to prepare the floor for flooring. I asked him to cover the floor twice, he didn't. You can see the roll of plastic in the pic, not used. Drywall dust and mud everywhere. Everything on the stairs we had to bring down. There is still more. Also, does NOT keep to his time line. I told him two other quotes said 5 days. I gave him ten days. He took more and still left a mess. Painting is good but I wouldn't hire him again anticipating I would have to clean after him. He doesn't have a lot of helpers so the job takes longer with not enough help. He said he could build the window ledges on the day he came to quote. Later he said he was not a carpenter. He could try with the details but couldn't promise anything. This was part of the job and now you say you cannot do it. Not good.
