- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep it simple. I work within your budget. I always work things out. To me, it's about the customer. I give the customer a Professional job. Completed expeditiously @ a price that fits your budget. Once I start a job. There is no time lost. We come to work every day until it is completed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is the introduction, where I recommend the potential customer to visit my Profile, and read my reviews on Thumbtack!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been Painting Professionally for over 38 years. I began doing paint projects for the Board of Education in New Haven, CT. I was trained by some of the best contractors in the trade. I did my homework on the art of painting, became knowledgeable on products from various paint distributors. Participated in a nine week business course for Contractors at Yale University.
