Very quick response time. Literally within the hour they had arrived and they completed the job in less than 40 mins. Very professional and prompt! I went back to clean the storage and they had taken care of that part too! I highly recommend and will be using them in the future.

We are so impressed with the guys from Caution Junk Removal. I sent them a picture of everything in our garage and they were quick to respond with a very reasonable estimate. They also came out that same day to view the garage to provide a firm quote and we reserved their services for the next day. The communication was excellent. We had 12 years worth of junk in our garage and they cleared it out in an hour and a half! They cleared everything out and swept out every bit of dust and dirt that remained. They were professional, considerate, on time and just really great workers and kind guys. We would definitely use their services again.

I really needed some assistance quickly in getting my garage cleaned out to add space for a new car, when I opened Thumbtack to find anyone that could assist. The Caution Junk Removal team responded within minutes!!! I was able to advise what I needed. I was given a quote and even a follow up of when they would arrive. They were so kind they were so professional so personable I didn’t have a problem with their work at all. All I had to do was advise them of what I needed and they executed with promptness and precision. They even shook my hand and told me if I ever needed them Please call them back. I can only say great things about this company. I definitely got a bang for my buck for removing lots of junk (i.e., refrigerator, stove , electric bed, several chairs, antique sofa, antique dresser, antique end tables, and bar stools). Not only did I get the junk removed but it was removed by the boss himself. As I needed the junk removed asap due to a storage I was getting rid of due to high cost. He came out on a Sunday and by himself. I was so appreciative. Customer service was at its best. He was friendly and made me feel I was his top priority. I will definitely use this company again. He is affordable compared to the other agencies I researched. This company is locked in my phone. Thank you Rafael you were great! 5 star all day long
